The black-backed jackal is a coyote-like canid native to southern and eastern Africa. It is named for the black saddle-like marking on its back.
This is a pretty plush pelt in good condition with a naturally bobbed tail. It is mounted to a black felt backing and ready for display. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
