Pug Skull #00202

This is the skull of a pug!

First domesticated over 15,000 years ago from an now-extinct wolf lineage, the dog was the first species to be domesticated by humans. Today, there are hundreds of distinct dog breeds that vary widely in size, appearance, and behavioral traits.
This is the skull of a pug, a popular brachycephalic (short-faced) breed. Originally from a research collection, this is a nice example of the breed with solid bone condition, great teeth, and intact nasal turbinates. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
