This is the fossil jaw of a round-tailed muskrat!

The round-tailed muskrat is an unusual aquatic rodent with a restricted modern range, only found in Florida and Georgia wetlands. It is a monotypic species in the genus Neofiber.
This is an excellent Pleistocene (Ice Age, 10,000+ years old) fossil jaw of the species from Florida in fantastic condition with beautiful color and gem-like teeth. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
