Yellow-Backed Duiker Skull #00229

This is the skull of a yellow-backed duiker!

The yellow-backed duiker is a forest antelope native to central and western Africa. It is the largest species of duiker and is considered a “giant” duiker alongside the Abbot’s duiker and the Jentink’s duiker. Skulls of this species are rare in collections.
This is a nice large example of the species with all teeth and six-inch-long horns. It is missing the incisive bones but is otherwise complete. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
