This is the jaw of a snaggletooth shark!
The snaggletooth shark is a rarely-observed species of weasel shark native to the oceans of the Indo-West Pacific. It is named for its highly-serrated upper teeth.
Sourced from a teacher’s collection, this piece is in excellent vintage condition. This specimen is about 40 years old. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
