Blacktip Shark Jaw #00428

This is the preserved jaw of a shark!
We believe this is the jaw of a blacktip shark, though it could be the similar and closely-related spinner shark. Blacktip sharks are requiem sharks native to tropical coastal waters around the world. This species reaches average adult lengths of approximately 5 feet.
Sourced from a teacher’s collection, this piece is in excellent vintage condition. It is a good-sized jaw at 12 inches long. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This jaw is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
