The coyote is a medium-sized canid native to North America. Widespread and adaptable, it is quite variable in size and appearance across its range.
This is the pathological front leg of a coyote. The animal suffered a severe break or infection that deformed its front elbow when it healed. The bones have been beetle-cleaned, degreased, and whitened with hydrogen peroxide. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
