This is the skull of a ringtail!

The ringtail or ring-tailed cat is a procyonid related to raccoons. It is native to southwestern North America in arid regions. It is named for its long ringed tail.
This is an nice example of the uncommon species with all teeth and intact nasal turbinates. The mandible isn’t a perfect fit, but it displays well. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
