This is the skull of a gray wolf!

The gray wolf is a canine native to North America, Europe, and Asia. It is the largest extant wild canid and is highly social and intelligent.
This is a beautiful large example of the species with intact nasal turbinates and excellent teeth. It measures just under 11 inches long. This specimen is from the Alaska North Slope. It was cut off short on the occipital condyles but is otherwise excellent. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed population (ID, MT, and AK populations are not listed) and is legal to sell and possess. However, gray wolf parts cannot be sold to all states, so please know your local laws before inquiring. US sales only, sorry!
