This is the fossil skull of an oreodont!

Oreodonts are a diverse group of prehistoric artiodactyls distantly related to camels. They were were widespread in North America during the Oligocene and Miocene.
This is a premium, highly original skull of the cow-sized oreodont Eporeodon major. Fossils of this rare oreodont species make up only about one percent of all oreodont fossils found in the Badlands. It measures an impressive 9 1/2 inches long and does not appear to have any restoration. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
