Collared Peccary Skull #00581
This is the skull of a collared peccary!
The collared peccary or javelina is a pig-like artiodactyl native to North, Central, and South America. Although they resemble suids and are related, they are not true pigs.
This is a beautiful and chunky adult example in excellent condition. About as good as it gets – it’s hard to find one of these that isn’t boiled to bits! It measures 9 inches long. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
