Brown Brocket Skull #00628

This is the skull of a brown brocket deer!

The brown brocket or gray brocket is a small species of deer native to South America. Like most deer, male brockets bear antlers – small and unbranched in this species.
This is a nice male example with large antlers for the species. All species of brocket deer are very rare in collections – this is the only one we’ve ever had available! Sourced from a US collection, this specimen is in good condition overall with some flaws. It has been painted white and is missing the nasal bones. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
