Fisher Skull #00654

This is the skull of a fisher!

The fisher is a medium-sized mustelid native to the northern forests of North America. It is sexually-dimorphic, with mature males almost twice the size of females with a well-developed sagittal crest.
This is a nice vintage adult male example of the species. Male fishers often have broken and worn teeth, but this one has a beautiful set. It could use further cleaning, but displays well as-is. Fishers are rather uncommon and the impressive male skulls are in high demand. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
