This is the skull of a Cape gray mongoose!

The Cape gray mongoose is a mongoose species native to South Africa, Lesotho and southern Namibia. It is fairly uncommon in collections.
Sourced from a US collection, this is an excellent large adult example of the species. It is missing one tiny tooth and could use further cleaning, but is in great condition overall. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
