Caracal Skull #00732

This is the skull of a caracal!

The caracal is a medium-sized wildcat native to Africa and parts of Asia. It is very athletic, able to leap more than 10 feet into the air while hunting prey.
Sourced from a US taxidermist, this is an excellent large example of the species with a good set of teeth. Like many safari specimens, it was somewhat roughly prepared and could use further degreasing, but it is in great shape overall. One canine is broken. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
