This is the skull of a chacma baboon!

The chacma baboon is an Old World monkey native to southern Africa. It is one of the largest monkeys, with large males weighing up to 100 pounds. Females are much smaller.
This is a large mature male example of the species sourced from a US collection. Unlike most mature male specimens, this one has a beautiful set of teeth. They don’t get much nicer than this! It could use further degreasing, but is an excellent, solid specimen. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
