Fisher Skull #00772
This is the skull of a fisher!
The fisher is a medium-sized mustelid native to the northern forests of North America. It is sexually-dimorphic, with mature males almost twice the size of females with a well-developed sagittal crest.
This is a nice large adult male example of the species with a decent crest. It is missing two premolars and the lower right canine was pulled for aging. Fishers are rather uncommon and the impressive male skulls are in high demand. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
