Two-Headed Domestic Cow Skull #00945

This is the skull(s) of a real two-headed domestic cow calf!

The wild aurochs was one of the earliest species to be domesticated by humans, first domesticated over 10,000 years ago. This resulted in two lineages of domestic cattle from at least two separate domestication events: the taurine line and the indicine line. Today there are approximately 1.5 billion cattle in the world.
This is a real two-headed skull(s) of a domestic taurine breed. This calf (calves) was stillborn with two faces and two brains connected at the cranium. It is smaller than other dicephalic specimens we have seen, with each skull measuring approximately 5 inches long. Both heads also display severe cleft palates, among other deformities. Both skull caps were removed to reveal the brain. Though it has a few minor losses, this vintage specimen is in good condition overall. A very rare piece from our personal collection – these are highly coveted and rarely offered for sale! Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
