Muskox Skull #00963
This is the skull of a muskox!
The muskox is a large bovid native to the Arctic. It is one of the largest caprines, related to sheep and goats. It has shaggy fur and unusual drooping horns.
It’s rare to find skulls of this species as they are usually taxidermy mounted. It’s even rarer to find female examples, especially near-flawless ones! This is an excellent specimen with all teeth and nice horns. It has some natural wear to one horn and could use further degreasing. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
