The brown hyena is a large feliform carnivore native to Africa. Hyenas have an undeserved bad reputation as cowardly scavengers, though they are skilled hunters in reality. Hyena skulls are highly coveted and getting harder to find, and the brown hyena is the rarest of the four hyena species. A good replica like this one is a sufficient substitute!
This is an interesting and realistic vintage replica (not a real skull!) of a brown hyena. It has some age-related flaws, but is in good shape overall. Very solid and heavy! Please review all pictures and description for condition.
