This is the skeleton of a binturong!

The binturong or bearcat is a large and unique viverrid native to South and Southeast Asia. It is famous for being one of the largest species of viverrid (alongside the African civet) and for having a popcorn-like scent. The viverrids are a family of feliform (cat-like) carnivores. Binturong skulls are very rare and highly coveted in collections. We have only seen a handful available ever!
This is a fantastic captive mature example of the rare species in excellent condition with beautiful bone condition, claws included. They don’t get any better! Please review all pictures and description for condition.
