This is the skull of a Patas monkey!

The common Patas monkey is a terrestrial Old World monkey species native to Africa. Males are almost twice the size of females. This species is uncommon in collections and the large male specimens are desirable.
Sourced from a US collection, this is an impressive large male example of the rare species with large canine teeth. It could use further cleaning and there is a repaired hole on the cranium, but is a great example overall. lease review all pictures and description for condition.
