The Linnaeus’s two-toed sloth is a famously slow-moving arboreal mammal native to South America. It is one of two two-toed sloth species, distinguished from the distantly-related three-toed sloths by the number of digits on its front limbs. This species is rare and highly sought-after in collections.
This is a beautifully articulated adult sloth skeleton from a private museum. The animal passed naturally in captivity in the US. It is complete and in excellent condition. This item was beetle-cleaned, degreased, and whitened with hydrogen peroxide. Base not included. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
