This is the skull of a striped skunk!

The infamous striped skunk is a familiar black and white mammal native to North America. Like all skunks, it possesses musk-producing scent glands that it wields to ward off potential predators.
Originally from a museum collection, this is a near-flawless example with all teeth. It has a twisted (“wry”) nose – the first example of the species with the condition we’ve seen. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
