Mountain Goat Skull #00936

This is the skull of a mountain goat!

The mountain goat is a bovid native to the mountainous regions of North America. It is not a true goat, being more closely related to the takins and chamois.
This is an excellent example of the uncommon species affixed to a plaque. It has long horns and interesting dentition, showing signs of dental disease. The delicate nasal turbinates are intact. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
