Eastern Wolf Skull #01025

This is the skull of an eastern wolf!

The gray wolf is a canine native to North America, Europe, and Asia. It is the largest extant wild canid and is highly social and intelligent. The eastern wolf is regarded as either a distinct species (Canis lycaon) or subspecies of the gray wolf. It is native to the Great Lakes region and southeastern Canada and an uncommon find.
This is a beautiful mature adult male example from a museum curator’s collection with intact nasal turbinates. It has naturally worn teeth and is missing a lower incisor but otherwise excellent. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed population and is legal to sell and possess. However, wolf parts cannot be sold to all states, so please know your local laws before inquiring. US sales only, sorry!
