The African side-necked turtle or African helmeted turtle (Pelomedusa subrufa) is a species of side-necked turtle native to sub-Saharan Africa. It is occasionally kept as a pet.
This is the skull and shell of a mature adult specimen that died in captivity in the US. It is in great condition. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
