This is the skull of a Colombian red howler!

The Colombian red howler is a New World monkey species native to South America. Howler monkeys are named for their extremely loud calls. They have enlarged mandibles and hyoids to amplify the sound.
Sourced from a US collection, this is an excellent large male example of the rare species. It has some minor damage to the orbit, but is in great shape overall. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
