Thylacine Replica Skull #00053
This is the replica skull of a thylacine!
The thylacine or Tasmanian tiger was a coyote-sized carnivorous marsupial that was native to Tasmania until its extinction in 1936. It was very similar in appearance to canids with tiger-like stripes, though these features were the result of convergent evolution. Sadly, this charismatic creature was hunted to extinction, though efforts are underway to “de-extinct” the species.
This is a fantastic vintage museum-quality replica in excellent shape with great details. It is priced below retail. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
