Alpaca Skull #00054

This is the skull of a domestic alpaca cria!

The alpaca is a domestic camelid. It’s wild ancestor, the vicuña, was first domesticated thousands of years ago in South America. It is closely related to the llama, and genetic evidence shows the two species crossbred over the course of their domestication.
This is the skull of a juvenile alpaca, or cria. It is in virtually flawless condition with intact nasal turbinates and emerging dentition. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
