Red Brocket Deer Skull #01562

This is the skull of a red brocket deer!
The red brocket is a species of deer native to South America. Like most deer, male brockets bear antlers – small and unbranched in this species. The red brocket is the largest of the brocket deer.
This is a nice male example with a good set of antlers for the species. All species of brocket deer are very rare in collections – this is the only red brocket we’ve ever had available! Sourced from a US auction, this specimen is in good condition overall with great teeth and intact nasal turbinates. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
