Gray Four-Eyed Opossum Skull #00121

This is the skull of a gray four-eyed opossum!

The gray four-eyed opossum is a small member of the opossum family native to Central and South America. Four-eyed opossums are named for the large white spots above their eyes. This species is relatively uncommon in collections.
This is an excellent captive adult example of the species with some interesting dental pathology. It was beetle-cleaned, degreased, and whitened with hydrogen peroxide. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
