Gray Wolf Skull #00150
This is the skull of a gray wolf!
The gray wolf is a canine native to North America, Europe, and Asia. It is the largest extant wild canid and is highly social and intelligent.
This is a beautiful example of the species from Alaska with some very interesting pathology. There is an overgrowth of bone on the sagittal crest, either from an injury or some sort of disease process. This skull has a full set of gorgeous teeth and intact nasal turbinates. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed population (ID, MT, and AK populations are not listed) and is legal to sell and possess. However, gray wolf parts cannot be sold to all states, so please know your local laws before inquiring. US sales only, sorry!
