This is the skull of a yellow mongoose!

The yellow mongoose or red meerkat is a small mongoose species native to the grasslands of southern Africa. It is fairly rare in collections.
This is a wonderful subadult example of the uncommon species in good condition. It features a mix of both deciduous (baby) and emerging adult dentition. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
