Zebra Shark Jaw #00368

This is the jaw of a zebra shark!

The zebra shark is a carpet shark native to the tropical Indo-Pacific. The juvenile is striped like a zebra, but the adult shark is spotted. This species is sometimes kept in captivity, though it is large and difficult to keep.
Sourced from a US collection, this captive example of the species is in excellent vintage collection. It’s the only example of this species we have ever offered. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This jaw is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
