Vintage Shark Taxidermy Mount #00555

This is the taxidermy mount of a shark!

We believe this is an example of a juvenile blacktip shark, though it could be the similar and closely-related spinner shark. The shape of the tail and black tips on the fins are typical of both species. Blacktip sharks are requiem sharks native to tropical coastal waters around the world. This species reaches average adult lengths of approximately 5 feet.
This unusual mount is in good vintage condition. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
