This is the skull of an Indian star tortoise!

The Indian star tortoise is an attractive small tortoise species native to India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The species is occasionally kept as a pet. It can no longer be exported from its native country, but breeds readily in captivity.
This is the skull of an adult specimen that died in captivity. The skull is in good condition but has been beetle-cleaned only. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
