Domestic Horse Disarticulated Leg #01107

This is the disarticulated leg of a domestic horse!

The horse is a large domesticated odd-toed ungulate. It was first domesticated in Asia around 4000 years ago for meat, hides, and use as a mount and beast of burden. Today, there are approximately 60 million feral and domestic horses in the world, with over 300 distinct breeds.
This disarticulated lower leg appears to be complete and is ready to be articulated. The coffin bone has slightly lesser bone quality and the hoof will likely need to be soaked to soften it before fitting. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
