This is the skull of a goitered gazelle!
The goitered gazelle is a small gazelle species native to Asia. The throats of males swell during the breeding season, resembling a goiter. Skulls of this species are uncommon in collections.
This is a nice example of the species with a good set of horns. It has some missing bone on the underside of the skull, but has an excellent set of teeth. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
