Pathological Common Marmoset Skeleton #01410

This is the skeleton of a common marmoset!

The common marmoset is a small monkey native to South America. It is also known as the white-tufted marmoset. Unlike most primates, marmoset monkeys have claw-like nails.
This is an interesting adult example of the species with pathology. It seems to have had a degenerative bone disease. All bones in the skeleton are affected. This individual passed in captivity. Please review all pictures and description for condition.
This specimen is not from an ESA-listed species and is legal to sell and possess. US sales only, sorry!
